Thank you for your interest in Venczel Homes. My name is Gary Venczel and I am the president of the company. I build on an average 10 to 12 homes per a year and specialize in custom building and personal supervision.

I, like you, have been aware of friends, neighbors and acquaintances who have had unhappy building experiences. It does not have to be this way.
